Capacity of Entrepreneurs
We specialize in the capacity building of existing entrepreneurs using the Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) model.

Our capacity building is needs-based and practical-oriented. We thoroughly assess the entrepreneurs and their enterprises before training so that we can design tailored training packages that address the target group’s specific capacity gaps.
​
We then coach and mentor them to apply the knowledge they gain from the trainings to grow and improve their businesses.
​
We help entrepreneurs to develop their growth strategies and sensitise them to opportunities that can assist them in growing their businesses.
​
For the would-be entrepreneurs not yet in business, we focus on equipping them, through training and post-training support, to generate viable business ideas and develop market-driven business plans.
Business Development Services
Capacity of Institutions
Our staff and Associates are certified and licensed as Master Trainers – which means they are approved by ILO to train and Certify SIYB Trainers under the supervision of ILO.

We offer Training of Trainers (TOT) to institutions that wish to implement SIYB in-house.
​
We then support the institutions to institutionalize SIYB by mentoring and handholding the trainers as they hone their skills in training entrepreneurs using the SIYB model.
​
We have trained SIYB trainers for the National Youth Development Agency (NYDA).
Compliance
The growth of many small and micro businesses is stifled by non-compliance. Non-compliance reduces opportunities to access support from the government; access services from formal institutions such as banks; introduces risks to employees who are then not covered in risk mitigation measures such as workman compensation; and may affect customers through for instance sub-standard quality of products or services.

We sensitize entrepreneurs on regulations they need to comply with and provide training to build the capacity to comply.
Where possible, we offer specific support to entrepreneurs in collaboration with the respective government agencies.​​​
Supplier Development services
Our supplier development facilitation is outcome focused. It helps the private sector to fulfil their commitments on supplier development whilst contributing towards economic development and thus growth of their customer base.

It helps entrepreneurs to comply with regulations; to develop systems that improve operational efficiency and, ultimately increase the quality of their products or services.

It helps governments promote standards and compliance at small and micro enterprises levels where most jobs are created.
Consultancy
Services​
​We offer consultancy services in the following areas.
